Firefighters fight fire at Chemie-Pack in Moerdijk in 2011 © anp
Chemie-Pack and director Gerard Smelt have to pay more than 1.7 million due to the municipality of Moerdijk costs incurred after the massive fire at the company in early 2011, The Council of State has ruled that today.
