The majority of the municipalities hires consultants to help with the care transition. According to a survey of Nieuwsuur. The municipalities who completed the survey in 2013 and 2014 together provide at least 25 million euros on hiring external advice

Of the 166 municipalities that Nieuwsuur survey questionnaire, 111 hire outside help. The agencies often help in the preparation of various plans, provide the information, or make a quartermaster or project. Choose at least 20 municipalities for the same agency, namely consultancy BMC.
Substantial amounts
Amsterdam shows in 2013 and 2014 for example, 3.6 million to external hiring out. Oldenzaal, with more than 30,000 inhabitants, attracts 1.4 million euros. Neighbouring Municipalities Dinkelland and Tubbergen spend a penny to consulting
