A large majority of the city council in Leeuwarden for the arrival of a reception center in Leeuwarden. The azc should come in the old postal sorting center in a business park on the Snekertrekweg for the maximum period of ten years and up to 600 asylum seekers.

Almost all parties in the 39-member council for. the arrival of the asylum seekers’ center. Only the VVD (four seats) strongly opposes. The party agreed previously or in temporary shelter in the WTC in the Frisian capital because it was temporary.
