According to a police spokesman hit the car around 8:30 hours of the road, after which agents saw the explosives. They were possibly intended to commit a thud cracking. “A man who stood by the car, tried to come off, but was arrested and is in prison,” said a spokesman.
The A27 was Saturday from Utrecht Gorinchem closed at the height of Meerkerk. The closure was a long queue.
