The club and the organization behind the stadium have been studied in recent months three locations. The choice fell on the west side of residential Veranda, right on the river with views of the city, close to De Kuip.
This location is preferred by both Feyenoord and the municipality of Rotterdam. The current stadium De Kuip is largely retained in the plan.
The famous home of the Rotterdam club, opened in 1937, is being converted into a multifunctional complex which include workout, and can be lived. For the Feyenoord supporters will be space at De Kuip.
