Mayor Jean Paul Gebben (VVD) was photographed in February in Arnhem entertainment area.
He was under the influence of alcohol when he had actually call service. Gebben also fell and had to be helped by an agent in a taxi.
The incident shot the wrong way from the City Council. Party leaders were in talks with the King’s Commissioner Clemens Cornielje. Which proposed a tree that had to assess whether there was enough trust between mayor and council.
