Three men have been arrested after it was found more than a ton of cocaine on a fishing boat in England. The street value of the drugs is over 92 million. Reported The Guardian .
One of the men who was arrested the Dutchman Gerald K. The other arrested the 67-year-old captain of the ship and a 57- year-old Briton. The fishing boat, with as many as 50 bags of cocaine on board, was found in Falmouth, on the south coast of England.
The action on Thursday, according to the UK authorities, one of the most important drug discoveries ever in the UK, and it is expected that the capture will disrupt the cocaine smuggling. The fishing boat was found by a joint operation of the National Crime Agency and the Border Force.
The suspects have been charged with smuggling cocaine and will be September 20 hearing in the court of Bristol.
