The Public Prosecutor’s office is demanding an unconditional fine of 5,000 euros against PVV-leader Geert Wilders for his ‘fewer Moroccans’-statements.
According to the officers of justice, Wouter Bos and Sabina van der Kallen made Wilders is guilty of three of the four charges because of groepsbelediging and the incitement to hatred and discrimination.
Prosecutor Woods said the right to want to do to the harmful consequences for the society and Moroccan-Dutch in particular. He described Wilders’ statements such as 'a deliberate act’. The punishment must be according to the officer of justice to send a clear signal that statements like this do not belong in the Netherlands’.
