The man acted as a caregiver for different people with a personal budget, but which did not care.
The arrest was carried out by a special team tackles fraud care money. The now deceased wife of the man groomed likely PGB for people who needed care. The suspect is in many forms known as caregiver and helped other caregivers with fraud.
A PGB is a sum of money that can buy one care, guidance or assistance. The money is intended for concern and should not be spent on other things
