The employers are dissatisfied with the higher education. “The increase in the number of students has been at the expense of quality,” write the employers’ organizations. “The task now is to improve education and increase the number of highly educated people. In time, 20 percent of the funding will be performance-based.”
According to the employers, an increase in the minimum number of contact hours per week of twelve to fifteen hours contribute to a better education.
