THE HAGUE –
government buildings hung over the Netherlands Friday, exactly a year after the plane crash with the MH17 of Malaysia Airlines, the flag at half-mast. Prime Minister Mark Rutte has set a flag instruction for this day

The instruction applies to all main buildings of the national government and municipalities, provinces and diplomatic missions was prompted responding to it.
Also at Schiphol hang flags at half mast. At the airport, travelers can stop and others interested in the disaster which all 298 passengers, including 196 Dutch, were killed. The memorial site is designed for outside Terminal 3, where last year was the sea of flowers
