His lawyer William Jebbink says De Volkskrant that Minister Ard van der Steur (Justice) gives a false picture about the guidance of his client.
” Van der Steur makes it appear to the House or Van der G. is meticulous psychological and practical guidance. In reality it is no more than once every three weeks ‘hello and aju’ say on probation. ”
In addition Jebbink find that the minister seriously violates the privacy of his client. Van der Steur Tuesday wrote a letter to the Second Chamber on the reintegration of Van der G.
The invitation stated inter alia that it was decided that Van der G. assigned a psychologist. Jebbink: ” This suggests that my client has a psychological problem. Has now been established that my client is not suffering from a mental disorder. The psychiatrist wrote a half years ago that the guidance is not necessary and ended the session ”
