Woningstichting Nijkerk (WSN) has given out the Bunte Ede contract for the construction of 19 dwellings EPC 0. At two downtown locations Torenstraat soon rise to the first energy-neutral homes of Nijkerk.
Of these 14 homes for tenants and five homes sold. All homes provide itself with the necessary energy. This allows WSN first show in Nijkerk to be a forerunner in the field of sustainable living.
In addition to the Cross Church, on the Torenstraat / Callenbach Street corner rise 8 apartments and three houses. In the corner Torenstraat / Coach Dijk, in place of driving Roordink are 6 apartments and 2 houses. This summer, start construction. In mid-2017 scheduled completion
