Do you need help from Apple? There is now an app for that: Apple has the app, Apple Support released. We have a first, because for now, this free app is still only available in the Netherlands. In a later stage the app will also be released in other countries.
Apple Support for all your Apple products
Through the app, you can ask for help if you have problems with Apple products and services. If you have the app for the first time, you have to log in with your Apple ID. There appears then a summary with all Apple devices that have this IDENTIFIER is associated. The app provides in the first instance, a kind of self-help. Tap on the device and there will be a range of possible problems and the corresponding solutions.
If you are anyhow not quite true? Then you can via the app, by contacting Apple. Depending on the problem, you get various options presented to them.
