The Consumers connects with a claim club woekerpolissen to put pressure Nationale Nederlanden insurance company
Consumers and claim business Waking Polis go together represent the interests of hundreds of thousands of profiteering victims of Nationale-Nederlanden (NN).
Both Nationale Nederlanden organizations have sent a letter in which they ask the victims to give a higher compensation for the damage suffered. They do not then pursue legal action that say Consumers and Awake Policy.
Claim 2 billion at NN
The Consumers’ says NN gives the victims still insufficient satisfaction despite pressure the Minister of Finance and regulator AFM. Waking Polis says together with the Consumers draw on a just treatment of the many victims.
According to Wake Polis Nationale Nederlanden sold a total of approximately 500 thousand policies eligible for additional compensation. The total damage of this amounts to at least 2 billion.
Behind Wake Polis is including lawyer Adriaan de Gier, a specialist in claim cases. His office De Gier Business Law represents the interests of various groups of victims, such as former shareholders of Fortis (Fortis Securities), investors in Homburg and customers who purchased Lehman notes, including through Staalbankiers.
