EINDHOVEN – The Emmasingel in Eindhoven on Sunday morning a 19-year-old man badly beaten. He would be attacked by two men on a scooter. They punched and kicked him several times, even in the face. The victim with multiple fractures in his face to the hospital.
A 18-year-old man from Eindhoven was later arrested. He was with his scooter involved in an accident with a cyclist on the bridge at the Stratumseind. When the officers were there on the spot, he turned out to be the driver of the scooter which was involved in the assault.
Looking for second suspect
Police are looking for still the second suspect and witnesses to the abuse. The victim is still in the hospital. He is approachable, but has seen its state police have not heard him.
The reason for the assault is not clear
