The 60-year-old resident of an apartment house in Veenendaal, who was injured Sunday in a blaze, is deceased. That has reported the police

.

The woman had severe burns. She was taken from the house by firefighters and taken by ambulance to the hospital.

The fire raged in a flat on the third floor of an apartment on the Prins Willem-Alexander Park. The house was vacated above. The other occupants of the flat did not leave their home.

The fire was reported just before 3:00 pm and was under the security quickly under control. The cause is still unclear
