MH17 countries ask V-counsel for tribunal – Hartvannederland.nl

Netherlands, Malaysia, Australia, Belgium and Ukraine on Monday in New York, the UN Security Council requested a tribunal set up to prosecute those responsible for the MH17 disaster on July 17 last year.

The countries find that an independent tribunal would be the best way to get justice for the relatives of the 298 victims of the disaster, where a unit of Malaysia Airlines over eastern Ukraine was shot from the sky.

An international tribunal would be for everyone a clear message that “the international community tolerate that peace and security are threatened by bringing international civil aviation in danger. “

Russia has seen nothing said in a tribunal.
