Acting Mayor Aaltje Emmens-Knol (PvdA) of Bloemendaal has written an extremely critical report on the management culture in the rich dune-side village. There is “an improperly functioning board with rough manners,” Mayor and Aldermen feel “unsafe”, the civil service has been long neglected and the relationship with the people is “problematic.”
