ALKMAAR The Otterkoog Alkmaar tonight a major fire raged in a building with multiple business units. Thick plumes of smoke could be seen for miles around. The Safety advised residents of the region Stompetoren to close windows and doors. One person was seriously injured.
Because of the large smoke fire was scaled. Because the smoke was blowing to the south, was a NL alert sent out to residents of the region Stompetoren. In Heerhugowaard soot particles found.
