Software company must pay 1.5 million Jeroen Bosch Hospital – NU.nl

It should repay Alert also 1 million that the group had received illegally, so certain the court in Den Bosch on Tuesday.

Alert was hired in 2008 by among others the Jeroen Bosch hospital to an electronic patient records and an ICT system for entering all care processes.

Damage

The final step was to determine the damage. The court considered it proven that the hospital had to make at least € 1.5 million in additional personnel costs.

The hospital calculated last year that the total cost came to less than 24 million.
