The Public Prosecutor (OM) suspects the 56-year-old Holleeder it together with others commissioned Kees Houtman (2005) and Thomas van der Bijl (in 2006) to murder. The archers of the murder of Van der Bijl have been finally sentenced.
William H. was previously associated with the murders of Houtman and Van der Bijl under the Passage research that involves a number of assassinations and attempts. Key witness Peter la S. testified about the role of William H. at the court in Amsterdam.
The prosecution has concluded an agreement with a new witness. This witness, Fred R., was sentenced by the court in the Passage Process. The statements of R. inserted in the treatment of the Passage Process appeal. Fred R. has explained more about the involvement of Willem Holleeder in murders. These statements have strengthened the suspicions against him. After study and analysis of these statements by the prosecution decided to maintain Holleeder.
The study of Willem Holleeder is a partnership between the national unity and the unity of Amsterdam of the National Police under the leadership of the Amsterdam public prosecutor and the National Office.
