Holleeder gets 46 days in jail for threat De Vries – AD.nl

Top criminal is stuck because of previous extortion

Willem Holleeder was sentenced to 46 days in jail because he crime reporter Peter R. de Vries threatened. He has those days already served in his custody. The court in Haarlem spoke to him for lack of evidence released for the extortion of a former leader of the Hells Angels, Theo Huisman.

Holleeder must go further ninety days of the 1095 serving a previous conviction for extortion. He had been in a previous racketeering case nine years in prison and arrived in January 2012 after sitting six years parole.

Danny K. should be 4.5 years in jail by the judges. He was four years the leader of the criminal organization, the court finds on the basis of many wiretapped conversations.
