Management University of Amsterdam gets reprieve – AD.nl

The board of the University of Amsterdam (UvA) is Monday 09:00 hours to meet the demands of a group of teachers who are united in Rethink UvA has set. The ultimatum was first today, but the board has now received three days delay. It’s not that the board what Rethink UvA concerns road must, as a spokesperson on behalf of the teachers said earlier today.

The teachers do not agree with the current policy and the university administration. They have three requirements that they want to see immediately granted and three wishes for the long term.

They found inter alia that the university administration must make more democratic, the need to restore trust and they want an independent investigation into the current financial situation. The University early Friday morning to delay and that has gotten them.
