DEN BOSCH – No review of Koen B. It has determined the court in Den Bosch during a pro forma session. Koen B spent two years ago Juliette Bouhof killed. Her mother had asked for a counter-expertise, but the court says it to have on the existing report.
The mother of Juliette, Janneke van der Schaik submitted the request through its lawyer Peter Schouten in. She saw the existing behavioral report and had there so it questioned. “We do not read in the report that research has been done from the perspective of domestic violence. That would probably have resulted in a different outcome”, says Schouten.
Deception

According to Schouten, the outcome of the behavioral report important for the grieving process, but also for the understanding of the case. “Moreover, could prove a new study that it is a different type of offender.”
Schouten would like to know how likely it is that Koen B. behind the family to go as he came free. New research should make clear about this.
Appeal
