Dutch protests after taking office Trump – Morocco News

Also in the Netherlands this coming weekend protests on the occasion of the swearing in of Donald Trump as the new president of the United States.

following In the footsteps of those in Washington will be Saturday the Dutch version of the so-called Women’s March held on Amsterdam’s Museumplein and at the Malieveld in The Hague.

According to the organization, around 1 million people in over three hundred marches anywhere in the world on the streets on Saturday in order to be heard against inequality and intolerance. The organization in Amsterdam, calls it a “positive tegensignaal” in the hardening society. The demonstrators come in for equal rights and equal treatment of all minorities.

Thursday had approximately 1800 people through Facebook signed up for the protest in Amsterdam, around noon, begins and, inter alia, to the American consulate. On the Malieveld begins the march to 13.00 hours and the American embassy moved. To do this, have a few hundred people logged in.

Friday night, on the day of Trumps inauguration, a protest take place in the capital. Under the motto ” Stop the hate! Together against Trump and Wilders’ walk the marchers from 19.00 hours from the Dam to the American consulate on the Museumplein.
