Of these, 124 intimidation and threats, 80 attempted suicides, 13 suicides, 47 assaults and four self-immolations. It is the first time that the COA with nationwide figures incident comes out. This is because the COA only half years since such incidents records nationwide.
According to the COA, the released figures are not accurate because the staff have to get used to the new registration. Employees would sometimes do not have time to record an incident, or do not find it important enough to report it.
