The man was arrested and is in prison since then. He is likely to have to serve his suspended prison sentence because he has violated the restraining order. This writes BN / De Stem Wednesday.
In December 2014, the man was still convicted of sexual abuse of a 14-year-old child about fifteen years ago. He then got a restraining children imposed for a period of five years. That he has sustained less than three months.
The man was arrested last year, once before, but came on condition that he had no contact with
children. But he said coolly in November 2014 at the bewildered judge that he gave children from Sri Lanka tutoring. The man had in December except the restraining order for five years, even 180 hours of community service and given a six months suspended prison sentence.
