The Prosecution criminal lawyer Nico Meijering summoned. He must now report to the court in Amsterdam as a witness in four liquidation matters, writes the newspaper.
The fact that a lawyer is called as a witness in a criminal case is exceptional. Meijering, whose recently several clients are liquidated, thinks he runs the risk of OM. He is afraid that there is unjustly in the underworld howling that he talks to justice.
“Everything comes to me as a lawyer in liquidation business is extremely sensitive information. Any suggestion that I would answer questions about a witness is perilous. That gives you no joke it off, “says Meijering.
