Neighbors heard gunshots around midnight and warned the police that the victim was in the Mussetstraat.
The man was taken to hospital, but eventually died from his injuries. The man was hit by a police spokesman in his upper body. The police can not say anything about the identity of the victim.
Although officers saw the man in the Mussetstraat, he was shot in a different spot possible, according to the spokesman. It is still unclear why the man was fired
