All holders of a personal budget (PGB) may submit their declaration for January, even if they have nothing have heard of the Social Insurance Bank (SVB) or still have not received a final agreement.

That’s Secretary Martin van Rijn (Health) agreed with the SVB. Three quarters of the PGB-holders, who can claim yesterday, could face their money within five days after receipt of the invoice, Van Rijn states in a letter he sent to the House tonight.

The remaining clients will be treated with urgency by the SVB, so they can be paid in mid-February. SVB want to give them quick answer about their situation

  • send the invoice for January as soon as possible via the SVB website, email or regular mail, even if you have heard anything. Van Rijn: “The SVB takes everything into consideration and ensures that the money is coming quickly.”
  • for situations that require urgent, individual solutions are sought in consultation between SVB and Per Saldo which a advance is one of the possibilities.
