Caregivers who leave have had their salary because of the payment problems with personal budgets have an increasing chance of substantial damages. The first decision of a judge is a major slap in the face of the Social Insurance Bank (SVB) and State Secretary Van Rijn (Health).
A healthcare worker from Franeker received interim relief awarded damages of 1,100 euros, in addition to her salary. It is an advance, says lawyer Eric van der Goot. He demanded 1679 euros, half of the salary. Under civil law, someone here right when the salary is much too late payment. If there are multiple caregivers who are late or do not yet paid? I am currently waiting for the PGB which must be paid out of the last 3 months ….. Possibly that we can collectively bring a case. Expect them that I would just stop providing care?
