A 18 year old man from Maastricht in his flight from the police last night a dog dragged and killed.
Police were last night came down to a car fire, there was also watching a man with a dog. The scooter rider came hard on the officers and bystanders drove off. According to police, the man wanted to escape a possible audit. The scooter rider rode dangerously through the crowd, with the belt of the dog got stuck in the scooter.
