Minister Schippers (Health) in parliament announced a broad plan of action to increase reduce number of confused people. The intention is that municipalities are given the control. As a result of the cutbacks in mental health and fewer people are cared for in institutions. They would be given a form of home care, but it seems that confused people often end up on the street.
