Reinier van Zutphen, the National Ombudsman, make according to De Volkskrant g ow his legal right to nominate Dullaert not for re-election to parliament . The term of Dullaert formally runs out.
Van Zutphen would have its own team to build and is in deVolkskrant annoyed with the quirkiness of the first Children’s Ombudsman of the Netherlands. Dullaert began in 2011 with the monitoring of the observance of the rights and interests of children by the government and other organizations.
The Dutchman has since September last year also chairman of the European Network of Ombudsmen for Children.
