KAATSHEUVEL – A resident of the reception center at the Van Haestrechtstraat in Kaatsheuvel Sunday threatened an employee of the center with a potato peeler. The resident, a man of 23 from Eritrea, was, according to police who had come to the spot ‘dissatisfied’. He wanted to return to Eritrea, but it was not regulated.
So he picked up the knife and made a stabbing motion toward the employee. The employee was standing by the police at a safe distance. He was not injured, but it felt threatened.
