The first findings of the Safety Board (AAM) on the crash of flight MH17 contain no surprises. Malaysia Airlines plane was probably shot through by a large number of objects with high energy ‘that the device from the outside have touched.

Probably this is so much damage to the Boeing 777 caused the device in the air in pieces is broken, it says in the first statement of facts about flight MH17 that the Research Council has published this morning.

The report does not address the question whether the penetrations have caused or may have been caused by a rocket. To accurately determine what caused the crash, further research needs to be done.

There are no indications that the disaster of flight MH17 was caused by a technical failure or by the actions of the crew.

The report makes it clear that there were no other aircraft in the vicinity of MH17 at the time of the crash. That makes the speculation of Russian corner that a Ukrainian fighter might have, and so the attack provoked improbable. Flown near MH17
