KLM has formally introduced a new cockpit rule. That means that there are always two people present in the cockpit, according to the airline company.
The company is following the recommendations of the EASA, the European service for aviation safety. Who came in late March with a recommendation following the crash of the unit Germanwings, where the co-pilot, the captain shut out of the
cockpit and the unit did crash. 
KLM subsidiary Transavia were then already know the recommendation to follow the EASA. The change happened at Transavia ,, immediately ”, while KLM change ,, as soon as possible ” would make.
The adjustment also applies to the French partner of KLM, Air France.
