House wants clarification ignore warnings
The Social Insurance Bank (SVB), the execution factory behind the new personal budget (PGB) has last summer a secret letter with a cry sent to the Ministry of Health.
The frustration about the difficult start to the new system for PGBs was already mid-2014 very large, it turns out statements from multiple sources to the AD.
Last weekend this newspaper revealed that the SVB in a progress report in October 2014 – just before the introduction – sounded the alarm about the plans of State Secretary Van Rijn. But it now appears that the SVB much rather let the alarm.
Administrative chaos
Chamber today to seek clarification from the Labour Minister about ignoring all warnings. Confidence in the State crumbles steadily down after last month received a vote of no confidence in the pants of a part of the opposition. By administrative chaos at the SVB get a lot of budget or not properly paid too much
The secret letter -. Sent less than six months before the introduction of the new system – was “advised” to the Ministry of Social Affairs, which falls under the SVB to be involved in the project. In reality, the SVB very concerned that too much care offices and budget holders would get a free hand by the Ministry when submitting the data for the new PGB.
