Justice in Limburg has decided to 29 suspects in the Limburg sex scandal, in which a sixteen year old girl would be abused in a hotel in Valkenburg dozens of times, to prosecute. Besides main accused Armin A., which has long stuck, there are a total of 61 suspects heard
.
The men who are persecuted now, will have to answer in court for committing adultery with a minor fee. The prosecution must also have two or three suspects living abroad to hear is the result of five DNA tests not yet known and should be taken at two suspects still DNA.
The other cases will be short term terminated. The cases of 29 suspects are expected in the period from 8 to July 18, 2015 substantive preparation by the court in Maastricht.
