Fyra inspected remotely – Telegraaf.nl

THE HAGUE –

The controversial flash Fyra train is riding without the individual trains are subject to inspection. Inspection Authority Lloyd’s rated only the type of train manufacturer which designed AnsaldoBreda. The Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) leaned in granting a license heavily on the findings of Lloyd’s, but did not require myself to go to the trains look

.

That turned out Wednesday at the hearings by the parliamentary committee of inquiry Fyra. The flash trains would run on the high speed line HSL, but was too late and had finished after a few weeks time the track because there was much wrong with it. The committee is looking for how to get it ready.

The members of the parliamentary inquiry commission Fyra, Mei Li Vos (PvdA), Vera Bergkamp (D66), Madeleine Toorenburg (VDA), Ton Elias (VVD) and Henk van Gerven (SP). “The certificate may not be justly issued and the license can not, “concluded committee Madeleine Toorenburg on the work of Lloyd’s and the ILT. Inspector Krijn van Herwaarden repeatedly said he had put up his signature under the license for the Fyra because had complied with all regulations. The inspection mainly checks whether the approval of Lloyd’s is plausible. “Office Work”, Van Herwaarden said, who saw no reason themselves to go under a train lie.

Doubt

Alerts from colleagues that there was anything wrong with the train, he took to heart. An advice of rail manager ProRail to keep it in a temporary license for the Fyra he did not take over. Only when the committee confronted him with the earlier testimony of an inspector, Van Herwaarden began to doubt. Quality Inspector Tinus Jonkers told the committee earlier this week that AnsaldoBreda just made a mess of it.

But Lloyd’s held Wednesday at the commission maintains that they fyra had approved up. The company met the legal requirements. They did not look at each train, the choice of AnsaldoBreda was himself that Lloyd’s hired for certification. Follow Jerry Borger Lloyd’s is also common, but Toorenburg pointed out that the European umbrella organization of bodies of opinion that can be looked at separately in small numbers of trains to every train.

After the debacle with Fyra it was found that the trains rather different from each other. None of the parties involved could determine whether they were built according to the approved design, the commission said

Nothing but performed honored that’s only possible in the Netherlands. Obviously a commission that will seek out again completely pointless because the discussions it has emerged that these top executives know nothing can remember nothing short they are bringing in the big bonuses because the government are also a bunch of morons who never looked at. The taxpayer has a number of years made 11 billion lighter in the most senseless way imaginable. Bravo !!

amateurism at its best, what misery, what misery! For the record, experienced people over 50 (with a lot of experience) are the same arrogant club rejected immediately if they apply. No, the young … “elite” know yourself much better. Mr Rutte, you thought about it? It penetrates through to your ivory bastion? Do you understand? No, I do not think so! I know, experience discard costing billions! Figures that are just dry behind the ears know better anyway?

And the first chamber agrees to an accelerated increase in the retirement age? So the failure of all these figures, TOP is not as usual laid down by them, not the taxpayers AGAIN caught. Every citizen looks at a large purchase at all comparison or get information from, but TOP drivers prove to be the biggest blunders. And come away with it. Oldsters can also 48 hours in a diaper walking, or old people to continue working longer. To fool ..

Another Dutch title with it has no value in Germany. Manager (each flap turd which the Manager will arrange something in the Netherlands for the title of his function), HBO diploma, kleuterleister (can not count) New Title it: Inspector. Unbelievable what I heard during the hearing. Was as if I was listening to a housewife but what was chatting and a guy who was disturbed by the fish, calls itself inspector. Where we still pay taxes for?

And we always think at the top of NS and the government people are who have studied themselves empathized have in the matter, have informed and have ensured the proper inspections and procedures and that all of course without interest. Well, folks, so do not. Disgusting stuff and it is increasingly common (too often) for.

Everything will be fine, it is a slow train inspectors are really not necessary. Now a repeat of the previous events, in the Netherlands will certainly succeed because astute and intelligent they are not here in Netherlands.

Well, quite normal for the government. Because of the enormous (forced by politics) contraction in staff throughout the state switched to remote monitoring. The same politics and all senior officials swear that this is a good method. See the result here. Defence (with the NH90), Department of Public Works? There will many “Fyraatjes” follow.

Scandalous so to deal with the rail safety. Also with our tax money. There anybody here deserves a serious punishment. This time, the minister responsible must put offside which the inspection will be addressed personally. There are few times when I long for North Korean practices. But with such wanton errors should perhaps be literally rolling heads.

As a teacher of technique MBO go my hair stand on end thereof. What clumsiness. I can not imagine that technicians and engineers have this on their conscience. Everything in the Fyra debacle stinks of money and ego, and the technical expertise and travelers importance literally parked on a siding.

The companies had to check it incl. government cost a small fortune, but are not able to inspect the train. Great anyway and the tax payer but pay for this wan performance

That which later promises for our flying Fyra, the JSF. This is in fact already ordered remotely and paid in advance, let alone inspected.

Och a spark of a spark here and there. Aks but it’s true on paper. Netherlands in a nutshell. Hence the millions devouring projects that do not work in practice. But knocked the paper and there was a final at. And that spark himself was what cost, the result much more. Yet equally continue then a tick behind the bankrupt taxpayer

What a mess they have made of it. And just to bring in as much as possible in the shortest possible time, and especially nothing to do, because that costs money again.

I am already planning inspectors and all those bodies so immensely grateful that at least they have made a serious effort to derail and to create lots of casualties this Fyra train. New HSL trains approve without physical inspection is fantastic right? We do give confidence to him, a superintendent and also to some other inspector? Because they do give each other or the red card, whether it is the green card, or the yellow? It does not matter, each card is fine right?
