AMSTERDAM –

Hilversum expected large crowds Sunday in a silent march followed by a memorial service for the victims of the plane crash in Ukraine. In the crash, Sunday exactly one month ago, 15 Hilversum died. According to the city is about three complete families, a couple and a boy

The silent march was organized by individuals and starts the Laapersveld at 13.30. The organization asks participants to engage. Dressed in white At the beginning of the trek white balloons are launched.

Three minutes later the procession arrives at St. Vitus Church where at 15:00 the memorial begins. During the meeting speaks some relatives. Also on behalf of schools, sports clubs and employers said something. The Radio Choir sings and harpist Lavinia Meijer occurs. The commemoration takes about 5 minutes and ends with the laying of flowers at white photographs of the victims.
