“Drink Ban in stores look like a witch hunt” – RTV Utrecht

NIEUWEGEIN – The VVD in parliament considers that the Slijter Union does not stand up for entrepreneurs. The importance club received Thursday in court for another that Nieuwegeinse more retailers may not sell liquor.

The entrepreneurs took part in a trial to be held in several municipalities, among which in Nieuwegein. for example, a florist could sell a bottle of gin to his client. But the judge now says that anyone who sells liquor, must abide by the Licensing and Catering Act.

WITCH HUNT
VVD MP Erik Ziengs find it too ridiculous for words. “First they complained the Association of Dutch Municipalities that initiates the test and now each individual municipality. I have the impression that there is a witch hunt. I also have the impression that this Slijter Union is not doing well. There is really needed is a change shop in the country and I do not think they are there to help. “
the VVD
is busy changing the beverage and Catering. Which should ensure that there is space for experiments such as the sale of liquor in shops.

TELE Urste LING
Retailers in Nieuwegein disappointed on the ruling of the judge in interlocutory proceedings between the Royal Slijter Union and the municipality.

VVD, Much More often Drinking? Oh no? You surely would not want to have as a label! If Liberal Party think additional lines to freely everywhere may give in to your addiction? And when you see everywhere in a witch hunt, then wt you that you’ve been drinking too much; -)

@nico not everyone who drinks addicted hear little strange reaction from you. Pretend as before liquor in the liquor store where they can properly monitor age. Young people can not measure gold. So do not serve liquor.

I think this is ridiculous! They should correct many
Closer to the drink. will drink
destroy more than you bargained for. Think first but
agree to, and soon everyone can drink

Let everyone even keep his own box. Previously, you needed a diploma everywhere. Today, everyone can do what he or she wants. I see more disadvantages than advantages

Alcohol drinkers are addicted people.
They cause a lot of misery.
 My proposal is:
NO FUTURE SHOP MUST SELL ALCOHOL!. AWAY WITH THAT JUNK!.

I read in the reaction two things together walk. The fact that the beverage in principle, it is bad for the health (and also smoking). And the fact that shops that have no liquor license yet sell liquor. One is the famous government that has the head of kilos of butter. On the one hand, to finance various campaigns to discourage drink and smoke, but meanwhile bake with excise taxes on that stuff. If you really think that’s bad, just prohibit and enforce hard.
In the present situation it is simply legally and you will see that some thing unusual shops (often service providers such as hairdressers, opticians, etc.). their customers want to serve drinks while waiting or consultation. Formally, you need a liquor license to be allowed to. Since the liquor store club will win in court. Whether it strange that spurious liquor stores selling is hogwash. I get to my hairdresser just a cup of coffee. Since the supermarket goes further yet not complain about. What sells a business owner needs to know you really own. The question naturally arises what is in the licensing act that makes it so special. I can not imagine a lot in there. Even hairdressers must comply with a number of rules. And supermarkets too. And crocodile tears of the liquor store club, no pity: it is simply freedom of action.

Again: You can no longer smoke, but alcohol donate or sales must be allowed everywhere? Alcohol gives socially more problems than smoking because your tobacco smoking hardly reduced responding. (With the exception of smoking in the car, it can sometimes be distracting). It just stinks for non-smokers, and provides only long-term (physical) damage, unlike alcohol which may cause fairly quickly considerable nuisance or casualties. So VVD: Why do rigorous government intervention HINTS smoking but lines extend around alcohol

Very strange that anyone but allowed to sell liquor, find this is not possible should zijn.Drank destroys more than you love is .They are working to not buy liquor under 18 yrs and now we get to this .Daar is that they take the bread from the mouths of these liquor stores there are now ”
My mind just forbid, later you can still buy sausage in a cigarette store, where it goes to,

Free-market VVD force is at it again, let now also can not choose partisan candidates in elections. Then this kind of nonsense is over soon

Why will let you have every liquor shop?
as I am I do not expect that you can purchase a new coat at the butcher

Well, it seems to me still quite simple. The trial is currently just in conflict with the law. So first change the law

For an alcoholic, it will indeed be better if he / she does not always have to shop at the liquor store for the next dose. On cigarette packs all sorts of scary pictures should drink while this has a grisly shaduwkant. Personally I call ‘we should buy our shot of alcohol everywhere’ no innovation, but is misguided. Alcohol is not needed everywhere
