Criminal bombardment ex-lawyer Senders disagreement about DNA traces – Advocatie

There is disagreement among researchers about the origin of a DNA trace on a bullet casing that was found after the firing of former lawyer Marcel Senders, in February 2013 This reports the Eindhoven Dagblad .

The Dutch Forensic Institute (NFI) proposed Monday in the criminal case on the liquidation attempt that the track is unreliable and therefore unsuitable as evidence. The Maastricht Forensic Institute (TMFI) said earlier that the track should be. Coming from the main suspect Senders was early last year, shot in his car near his home in Waalre, close. There were three bullets fired at him, as revealed during the trial. He was not hit, but it was slightly injured by flying glass. The perpetrator took off on a bicycle.

In November last year, three men from Mierlo arrested on suspicion of involvement in the shooting. They are this week up in the court of Den Bosch, who for three days has allocated for the handling of the case.

There should be among the experts than disagreement about the DNA track on the bullet casing, solid state or that found on a bicycle DNA traces come from the 29 year old suspect. A sentencing of the Public Prosecutor follows presumably at the end of the week.

Shortly after the shelling of Senders was arson Custos at law firm, where he was still employed. The lawyer was on it for months secured. Early this year Senders let deregister as a lawyer. He is now still involved in an investigation of bankruptcy fraud and forgery, which it continues OM him.
