The 73-year-old motorist from Harlingen drove his car on the bridge against traffic and drove on the sidewalk as the ongoing pedestrians. Then he came up against a car to a halt. The man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The man turned out after investigation to have been drinking alcohol.
