More transparency about payments industry – Medical Contact

Transparency Register Care gives much more insight into the financial relationships between pharmaceutical companies and health care providers than before. As a result, the number of reported relationships and the total amount thus incurred is increased dramatically in 2015, according to figures released today publishes the register.

In 2015, more than 14 thousand reported relationships; that’s over 70 percent more than added in 2014. Together, went to nearly 52 million, considerably more than the 38 million in 2014. That’s because even standing relationships with patient organizations listed since last year, and expenses for services and fees refresher courses for individual health care providers.
