The Public Prosecutor (OM) demanded prison sentences of eight to twelve months.
The suspects arrive were from Zwolle, Simpelveld and Belgium. Man (40) from Zwolle denies having had sex with the girl, the Belgian man has known.
According to the court the men were unaware of looking for sex with an underage girl. They thought it was one of eighteen. An unconditional community service would therefore be too heavy.
The two Dutch men get community service of 180 hours and 240 hours Belgian man. Because the law requires to youth prostitution prison sentences, the court was also the addition of a day cell at the suspects.
Hotel
The girl was prostituted in September and October 2014 a Valkenburg hotel with the 21-year-old lover boy Armin A. He has previously received a prison sentence of two years. A. sat for some time in a child welfare institution in South Limburg.
The suspects could be identified by information on the mobile A. The prosecution had 29 people gathered enough evidence for prosecution.
Penalties
Last year, 25 defendants in court. There were prison sentences up to six months community service sentences imposed ranging from 120 to 240 hours. In addition, two defendants acquitted because the court did not see enough evidence
