The lawyers of the NIS and Baybasin that agreed in secret, writes NRC Handelsblad Saturday.
The NIS has published two articles in which a link was made between Baybasin and a suspect of a liquidation in Turkey in 2014. Last week, the court ruled that those provisions were illegal.
