The police had last night hands full with this 'treinflirter'. With his action at the station of Amersfoort, he knew the cell phone of the woman to scam, but the phone was not recovered by agents. The police couldn’t do anything else than the man let go.
Not much later, the man was by train passengers at the railway station of Hilversum overpowered after he had tried someone to steal from. The man was taken to the office, where after some time, 'suddenly an iPhone appeared in a non-hereinafter referred to as body cavity', police said. Presumably this involved the device that was previously in Amersfoort was captured. It is not clear whether the bereft woman her phone back…
