Venlo has a man soaking dead in his apartment before yesterday his body was found.
The downstairs neighbor hit alarm after he noticed that he had not seen the man for six weeks, reports 1Limburg. Also there were lots of flies on the windows of the apartment.
The police and fire departments have recovered the body. The case is under investigation, but the police do not go out of a crime.
